Report your lost/stolen Visa Credit Card by calling 517-333-2424

All other times, call 888-393-1172 or login to your online account via ComputerLine leave a secure message using the online Message Board. Select the Messages from the top menu. You will receive a response within one business day.

To help identify any fraudulent activity on your card, please provide the following information regarding your last transaction:
Date, Amount, and Location

Your card will be blocked immediately to protect your account from fraudulent charges and you will be issued a replacement card.
